"Orinoco Flow" is a new-age genre song made by Enya for her second album, Watermark. The song consists of sailing for various geographic locations such as the Orinoco river (noted in the song's title), Santiago de Cali, Peru, among others.

The song would gain a positive critical reception and popularity mostly on Europe, where it would get the first place on several rankings of recently released songs from various countries.

"Orinoco Flow" gets incorporated on the channel as "Sailor Moon Main Theme" (The source of this mix is unknown, but it might simply be due to the use of the word "sail"), represented with a stock image of a sailboat in front of the moon. Most rips using this meme are mashups (or rarely stem-based melody swaps) with "Orinoco Flow". The meme appeared in January 2023 as the second joke for the revival, along with "Slavery".

Starting in February, some rips have been uploaded using "Orinoco Flow" that don't mention Sailor Moon in the metadata, like "Sailboat Accident" or "The Fan Submissions Approach...". Despite being one of the first memes of Chapter 2, the "Sailor Moon Main Theme" meme got less prominence after mid-2023,
